Quota Manager

n-Infinite deliberately generates more synthetic respondents than you'll ultimately need — for example, generating 2,000 to deliver a final sample of 200. Quota Manager selects exactly the right subset of that larger pool to match your required sample structure — by age, gender, region, or any combination of fields — while always keeping all of your real respondents in the final dataset.

Three ways to define quota targets

  1. Manually. Choose the fields and set targets as counts or percentages directly in the platform.
  2. From standard population benchmarks. Apply a pre-loaded census/population pyramid for a given country.
  3. From your own quota sheet. Upload an Excel or CSV file with your quota targets, and n-Infinite uses AI to read it and map it to your project's questions automatically. The proposed mapping is always shown to you for review and adjustment before anything is applied — it is never used without your confirmation.

Interlocked quotas and relaxation

Quota Manager supports both simple, independent targets per field and interlocked quotas — cross-tabulated targets, such as a specific age-by-gender cell.

Selection is deterministic and reproducible. If a quota target can't be fully met from the available synthetic pool, the platform reports the shortfall clearly rather than silently under-filling it. For interlocked projects with strict global targets you can set relaxation priorities, telling the system which quota dimensions may flex first when a specific combination runs short.

Output

A ready-to-use filtered dataset plus a quota fulfillment report.
