The Start processing button is greyed out. Both a file and a folder are required — pick or create a folder and the button enables.

My Advanced project isn't running. Advanced projects are created in CREATED state and start only when you press the green play button in the project row.

What file formats can I upload? Projects take Excel survey files.

How do I know the synthetic data is good? Open the charts dashboard (bar-chart icon on a finished project). Check per-question Accuracy, Deviation and Coverage, and compare the train vs. predicted bars — they should be nearly identical. The Performance Report download contains the same metrics as a file.

What is Smart Match? A matching step that links synthetic respondents to the most similar real ones. The badge in the project detail tells you whether it is recommended for your project; toggle it in the bottom bar.

Can I change the model for one question only? Yes — every question row has its own model dropdown and a Tune model config. Changed models apply the next time the project runs.

Where do I download only the synthetic respondents? Download Merged → Predicted Data Only.

I need to stop a running project. Use Pause in the project detail's bottom bar.
